Chef Nardia's Cajun Beef Burger

Ingredients

Burger Patty

    • 600g Top Side Beef Mince
    • Onions 111g
    • Garlic, crushed30 g
    • Pinch Of Sugar
    • Pinch Of Salt
    • Thyme sprigs, fresh2 pc
    • Oil30 ml

    Salsa

    • Beans, Red Kidney80 g
    • 80g Sweet Corn Kernels
    • Tomatoes53 g
    • Onions, red56 g
    • Coriander, fresh, chopped for garnish7 g
    • seasoning (salt+pepper)

    Assemble Burger

    • 4x Burger Rolls Sliced In Half
    •  

      Preparation

      1. Burger Patty

        • Sauté onion with garlic and sugar in warm oil until transparent. Cool down.
        • Mix all ingredients and shape into 4 patties.
        • Chargrill until preferred.
      2. Salsa

        • Finely chop tomatoes and onion.
        • Add all remaining ingredients in a bowl andtogether with the chopped onion and tomato and mix.
        • Season to taste.
      3. Assemble Burger

        • Layer Bun with the Mayo, top with Patty, fresh salsa and fresh lettuce of your choice
        • Garnishwith PeaMicro-herbs.
