INGREDIENTS

  • 250ml fresh cream/ milk

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • salt to taste

  • 2 cups samp

  • 6 cups water

DIRECTIONS

  • Wash and soak the samp before cooking it for a 3 hours. Cook it for 2 hours on high heat.
  • Start by adding the water and samp, after an hour add the salt and butter, then 30 mintes later add the fresh cream.
  • Enjoy with beef stew like i did or with chicken stew.
