Ingredients
300g Snowflake Cake Wheat Flour
225g Salted Butter, softened
220g Packed Brown Sugar
100g Granulated Sugar, white or brown
2 Large Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
200g Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Snowflake Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 180ºC
- Line two baking sheets with baking paper
- Beat butter and sugars in a bowl until creamy
- Add vanilla extract and egg and beat
- Sift Snowflake Cake Wheat Flour, baking powder and salt into the bowl, and mix
- Add chocolate chips and mix well
- Scoop the mixture onto the baking trays with a teaspoon, well-spaced
- Bake for 12-14 mins until light brown on the edges and slightly soft in the centre when pressed
