Ingredients:
375ml cake flour.
375ml sugar.
200ml oil.
200ml water.
3 heaped teaspoons baking powder.
1ml salt.
5ml vanilla.
6 eggs.
4 heaped spoons cocoa.
Method:
Mix all ingedients and bake in a oval, rectangular or square pyrex dish. Bake at 180°C for 30 - 45 minutes.
Sauce:
1 cup water.
1 cup sugar.
5ml vanilla.
4 tablespoons coffee powder.
Boil together for 2 minutes and pour over hot cake.
When cooled, cover with caramel treat and cream or decorate in any way you would like after covering with caramel.
